Guarantee, partnership, or sponsorship for: A new laundry business in Al-Ahmadi. Located in a new, high-end complex with Oliver Cafe, Ooredoo, Coffee Bean, and Farm Zone Pharmacy. Brand new equipment, still in its packaging: 1- Figuer Spanish washing machine, 27 kg, with a 1.5-year warranty. 2- Figuer Spanish dryer, 35 kg, with a 1.5-year warranty. 3- Two American presses, both with a 1.5-year warranty. 4- Two renovated boilers, one of which is a Hoffman American boiler with a 6-month warranty. All necessary wiring is prepared for the washing machine, dryer, and dry cleaning. A complete plumbing and electrical plan is available, including a dedicated water tank, meter, and 95 mm cable that is sufficient for the central laundry. This business is located on a road adjacent to a residential area where fully Kuwaiti residents reside. A very clean, high-roof Nissan van (2020 model) is available. The business employs staff; visas are available for seven workers. Laundry software designed with Apple and Android apps is available. We have a social media presence and have a contract with marketing experts. We have a bank account and KNET devices.
