Amin Properties provides an AI-powered property search platform for the Kuwait real estate market. We aggregate property listings and provide an intelligent chat interface to help users find properties for rent or sale. We also enable property owners to list their properties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts and Verification

Phone verification via OTP may be required to access certain features such as saving properties and contacting landlords.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phone number and any verification codes.
You agree to provide accurate and current information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Kuwait law.
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings.
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our consent.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages to other users.
Use the platform to conduct transactions outside of its intended purpose.

5. Property Listings

Amin aggregates listings from multiple sources and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.
Property prices, availability, and details may change without notice.
We are not a party to any transaction between landlords and tenants/buyers.
Landlords are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings.

6. AI Assistant Disclaimer

Our AI chat assistant provides property recommendations based on available data. The AI may occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete information. All property details should be independently verified before making any decisions. Amin is not responsible for actions taken based on AI recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Amin Properties and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Amin Properties is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We are not responsible for any disputes between users (landlords, tenants, buyers).
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
